Managers:
We are looking for a manager who can help us build our business and lead us to achieve outstanding results and business growth. Proven experience of dementia care and managing in a residential care home setting will be necessary. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are equally important, with the ability to develop, inspire and motivate your team to deliver the best personalised care.
Care Assistant :

If you are a compassionate carer with ambition and a passion for delivering outstanding care, then this is a role for you. This role expects you to attention to specific, individual needs of each resident. Even if this a new career you are considering, and have no previous experience, we still want to hear from you. What’s important is that you are compassionate and are committed to delivering outstanding care to help us fulfil our vision.

Our senior carers are a vital part of our leadership team at our homes and are fundamental in providing the outstanding care our residents deserve. We will support and train you to promote your understanding of clinical issues and help you develop your own career path, ensuring that you feel confident in all aspects of the role.

Administrators:
Our administration team forge a strong link between the home management team and head office support staff. Based within our beautiful care home, you will provide essential support to the team in all aspects of running a care home. As an Admin you will need to display a variety of skills and get involved in lots of different areas of Care Home. Of course, the fundamental requirement for all our staff would be compassion and commitment to top quality care. You will have to have strong organisational and excellent communication skills to deliver outstanding results.
Grounds Maintenance Staff:
We would like an experienced person to join our team that maintains our grounds. Experience within a commercial estate, knowledge of horticulture statutory requirements and a gardening or horticultural qualification would be advantageous. You would have to be friendly and approachable and have excellent customer service skills and an ability to work well as part of a large team. Any ability and experience in assisting the wider team with painting / decorating if required, would be an added bonus.
Activities Team Member:
Our activity team provide essential support to our residents through daily games and activities. You will be working with a team to help plan and organise activities for our residents, ensuring they are varied and centred around the resident’s interests and abilities. Having a warm and inclusive personality with a natural ability to connect with the residents would be vital to this role. You would have to encourage participation in a variety of activities as well as help residents carry on activities they have brought into the Residential home without compromising on their independence or dignity.
